Position Overview Oracle ODA Architect (Remote) Requirements: JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, client facing Oracle Architect to drive enhancements on Chatbots and Voice bots using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA). The goal is to integrate voice bot and chatbot to drive voice automation by converting speech to text to speech.

• Strong Understanding of Oracle CX Cloud technologies.
• Strong Understanding of AI and ML with experience using Oracle Digital Assistant.
• To define functional and technical requirements with end users.
• Provide technical leadership on the engagement, including serving as a resource to the project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues.
• Work with other architects to ensure that the end-to-end solution work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
• Own the architecture and make sure all designs and development are according to development best practices.
• Review technical documentation to verify compliance with business requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines.
• Review application and technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other areas of the project.
• Maintain sustainable existing customer relationships by creating value & responding to risk.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience implementing Oracle Digital Assistant.
• Experience implementing Chatbots and Voice bots.
• Experience with AI and ML technologies.
• Business knowledge and business analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients.
• Communication skills to effectively facilitate workshops.

• Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in the IT profession
