Commercial Company is seeking Sub contractors for Multiple Projects in NJ

Must have the following:

- Be able to maintain a Clean and safe work environment

- Tax ID

- General Liability and Workman's Comp Insurance

- Ability to communicate in English with staff and home owners

- 7 years + experience

- References of your work

- Reliable work van with no logos

- Professional painting tools

- Be willing to complete a background check

- Maintain a Schedule

- Understand and build good relationship with us

- Understand rules and instructions properly
