Who knows where our joint journey will take you?Exciting opportunity for an accomplished P&O (HR) Business Partner (BP) on the US Smart Infrastructure (SI) team. The selected candidate will partner with business functions at the SI US level, including Communications; IT, EHS & Finance, as well as serving as key interface and driver for cross business unit topics. This position will report to the Manager of Workforce Development and Functions US Smart Infrastructure.The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in their ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a high degree of quality and impact. The P&O BP will work in a collaborative team environment leveraging the eco-system to provide innovative, high impact solutions to drive business priorities. They will have the ability to influence and drive decisions which improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience by using data and drawing insights. This position plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure.You will make an impact by:

Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle to craft integrated solutions that effectively drive and support business priorities through deep insight, an independent viewpoint, and P&O expertise.

Partner with and across leadership teams to build organizational capability and drive culture of growth and empowerment

Champion and role model trusted advisor behaviors

Provide thought leadership while maintaining an overall pulse of the organization

Coach and enable executives to be effective leaders

Collaborate and leverage networks to utilize the full value chain of P&O

Identify needs for change management and champion related activities

Drive discussions related to cultural, workforce, and organization design and provide recommendations

Coach business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline, including focus on Success Planning.

Understand business goals; design and implement innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of P&O within the company

  You will win us over with the following qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required

8-10 years of experience as a P&O Partner (or related role) demonstrating a working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including employee relations, performance management, talent and development and management consultation.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to use data and information to make recommendations which effectively resolve problems or result in robust solutions

Prior experience working in a matrixed environment a plus

The pay range for this position is $77,800- $133,400 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
