Paralegal Personal Injury

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Personal Injury law

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office setting with a positive attitude

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have superior attention to detail, and interact well with clients

Familiarity with plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in all phases of litigation from the start of case to trial

Draft litigation-related documents, Complaints, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, interrogatories, and discovery requests/responses

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program, a plus but not required

Fluency in Spanish a plus
