Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Process customer payments accurately as cashier

Perform filing and basic administrative duties

Assist with other front desk and office support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly, professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer and office equipment proficiency

Must be available to work on Saturdays

Prior receptionist or cashier experience is a plus
