Financial Analysis is primarily responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Finance Management teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising Client Service & Implementation leaders and stakeholders of key Financial Risks and Opportunities.You will be responsible for key financial measures such as headcount, expenses, unit costing, etc. and related modelling where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis that will help direct strategic direction and decision making. You will be expected to provide thought leadership across the finance teams, and interact regularly with managers and peers across Finance and Business Management.Job responsibilities:

Development of annual financial budgets and associated forecasts in tandem with business factors, initiatives, and investments

Perform variance analysis to understand the key pushers of the results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets

Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting of the results for senior management

Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

Work on projects to push global consistency and create synergies across the Finance Management (FM) and Planning & Analysis (P&A) teams

Coaching, mentoring, and development of junior team members

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree required - Finance/Accounting preferred (Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus)

6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Data visualization skills required; PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlikview/Qliksense

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Demonstrated experience in the consolidation, review, analysis and presentation of Financials preferred

Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables

Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure

Self-starter who strives to excel in all aspects of their role and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary
