Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Voorhees, New Jersey, United States. You will be working in an industry where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Responsibilities: Oversee the payroll process ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll transactions Monitor payroll systems and accounts, making necessary adjustments as needed Carry out regular audits of payroll information to guarantee accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure seamless payroll operations Stay updated with the latest changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement them as needed Provide support in other payroll-related tasks as required.Requirements Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator. Demonstrable experience in managing all payroll functions is required. The candidate should have strong skills in computational and numerical tasks. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of payroll procedures and legislation. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion is expected. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to handle payroll discrepancies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for liaising with employees and management regarding payroll issues. High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Knowledge of income tax procedures, laws and regulations is advantageous.
