- 12-14 years of IT experience with 10+ years of PEGA PRPC experience.
- CLSA certified and conversant with PEGA PRPC 7. x and 8.6+
- Proficient in using App Studio (8.6+), Agile Workbench, and Cosmos with a good understanding of Constellation roadmap.
- Proven track record in understanding the business domain, business objectives, and ability to create quick quality solutions using out-of-box features.
- Ability to work across App Studio, Admin Studio, Prediction Studio, and Developer Studio
- Good understanding of User-Experience and ability to build Prototypes and demonstrate with business using show and tell.
- Good analytical ability and experience leading teams to drive epic to completion, working cohesively.
- Ability to identify reusable components, extensions, and template building to create rich shared layers to simplify the application development experience with App Studio.
- Working experience with Agile and Dev-Ops, release management, SSO
- Learning and research mindset with up-to-date knowledge of new PEGA features and their application for business.
- Good communication & a team player with a coaching mindset.
