Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of performance engineers to deliver initiatives against releases
  • Prioritize scope and define testing timelines
  • Works closely with application development, architecture, infrastructure and production support groups for defect triage and production planning
  • Participate in project/team meetings and actively contribute
  • Build relationships with key business and technology stakeholders

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of previous hands on experience leading technology projects.
  • Expertise with load testing tools such as LoadRunner /Jmeter
  • In Depth knowledge of using APM solutions such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics
  • Experience with Log Monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology and JIRA
  • Project Estimation and Resource Forecasting
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business context
  • Application knowledge of critical business flows with focus on end user experience
  • Defect management and escalation
  • Resource Management

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Database testing and tuning
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java / Python / C
  • Creating and maintaining stubs / responders
