In order to capitalize on our success and continued growth plans we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Vice President in

our Operational Resiliency Team. The successful candidate will lead in the development of the firms policies and the governance around the management of risk acrossthe entire Tradeweb global enterprise. This position will lead the entirety of the policy and governance lifecycle and involve working directly with all internal business units and technical management on a regular basis.Excellent interpersonal and writing skills are required. We look to hire people who are comfortable in working with minimal supervision as part of a small team that has consistently delivered ground-breaking and innovative solutions in one of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of the financial markets. We need people who are able to prioritize and can effectively communicate complex issues to non-technical team members. The ideal candidate is someone who has business experience in the Financial Industry, who can meet with our internal teams and talk confidently about our Risk Management practices and Policy Management. Both on-the-job and professional training, where needed, will be given to help integrate the successful candidate into the team. We need people who enjoy a challenging role that will involve the use of toolsets, collaboration and ingenuity. The successful candidate will be someone that can quickly grasp the current Tradeweb system processes, controls, policies, procedures and work to further enhance (through collaborative efforts) the firms Policy Management posture. The candidate will be required to assess the current Policy Management process in an effort to streamline, enhance, and initiate improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise policy management which will establish standardized policy and procedure documents across the enterprise.
  • Develop and lead relevant policy communications and trainings to embed understanding and execution within relevant businesses and functions.
  • Ensure that developed policies, standards, and procedures reflect applicable regulatory requirements and supervisory guidance.
  • Engage and collaborate with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and individuals within Client businesses and functions on policy development, review, and implementation.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the policy development and review processes.
  • Understand, report on, troubleshoot and, where necessary, drive adherence to policies within relevant businesses and functions.
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are properly communicated to employees and are saved and made available for review on internal tools.
  • Utilize the existing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system to its fullest capabilities and develop reporting with regards to the Policy Management program.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Legal, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 3+ years experience in a policy or risk management role.
  • Develop an understanding of business processes and technology used within Tradeweb across all businesses.
  • Ability to develop tracking and reporting of relevant policies, breaches, policy-related issues, and policy related control failures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners across functional units.
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of the company, industry, products and services.
  • Communicate and present concisely and effectively based on appropriate level of management interaction.
  • Manage competing deadlines and prioritize responsibilities to effectively meet business needs.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team at all levels and across all business units.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, operational resiliency controls, and how they interact together.
  • Confident ability to drive tasks through to completion.

Desired Skills:
  • Training/certification in information security or risk management.
  • Experience in ISO 27002 Domains, NIST Cyber Security Framework.
  • Experience with Confluence, Tableau, SharePoint, Asana and workflow highly desired.
  • Project management experience.

  • The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
