Act as a technical subject matter expert on all things related to Point of Sale. Support the technology team in planning, implementing and supporting the applications.

DescriptionThe POS Support Manager will directly report to the IT Operations Director and play an integral role in the technology team. They will handle all support for production applications and have extensive point of sale experience as well as the following:

  • Application configuration
  • Manage, implement and monitor application health and performance
  • Manage an off shore team of consultants
  • Experience with SQL
  • Manage the POS projects from the core model
  • Handle food systems inventory
  • Led the Application team to provide L1 & L2 application support.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Point of Sale (POS)

ProfileThe Application Support Manager will have the following experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of retail, hospitality or consumer good experience
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL and programming languages
  • POS System experience
