The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge research projects in the field of computer science, contributing to advancements in computational education. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to develop expertise in computing while contributing to high-impact research.Essential Functions:

Conduct independent and collaborative research in qualitative methods in education

-Develop algorithms, models, or frameworks, and evaluate their performance using appropriate benchmarks-Assist with writing and publishing high-quality research papers/ peer-reviewed journals-Collaborate with faculty members and other researchers in interdisciplinary projects-Seek and contribute to research funding opportunities to support ongoing and future projects.Prerequisite Qualifications:-PhD in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.-Knowledge of research literature in education and broadening participation in computing.-Experience in the application of qualitative methods in education research.-Must have experience in leading multi-institutional programs that implement research-driven interventions for broadening participation in computing.

Successful candidates must also have excellent organization and communication skills.
