Contract: 10-month academic year

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Pre-K teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Utilizing the Creative Curriculum, the teacher will implement developmentally appropriate practices to ensure all children are prepared for future academic success.

Develop and deliver daily lesson plans aligned with the Creative Curriculum framework, focusing on inquiry-based learning and exploration.

Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and developmental stages.

Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.

Maintain open and regular communication with families regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Work closely with fellow educators, support staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.

✅ Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.

Certification: Valid P-3 (Preschool through Grade 3) teaching certification in NJ

Experience: Prior experience teaching preschool-aged children.
