You provide expertise to enhance and develop architecture platforms based on modern cloud-based technologies, as well as support the adoption of strategic global solutions. Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies

Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities

Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design

Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others

Focus on integrated "user experience" to enforce system thinking approach as part of the platform delivery

Organize and manage solutions libraries that focus on end-to-end data lifecycle experience form data origination, data management, data governance, and data consumption

Enable co-design and co-development model to accelerate critical business priorities while maintaining core design principles of the platform nd quality of output across teams and functions

Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience with strong development background in core Java or Python

Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Deep knowledge in one or more software, applications, and architecture

Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines

Expert level experience with AWS or other Public Cloud providers

Expert level with Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, Trino, Immuta, Databases, and Streaming processing technologies like Kafka, Flink, Kinesis

Hands on experience in working on BI and AI/ML solutions with business stakeholders and data scientists

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives

Up to date knowledge in industry-wide technology trends and best practices in Data & AI/ML space

Influencer with a proven record of successfully driving change and transforming across organizational boundaries

Understanding of the business
