Process Unity Implementation Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Process Unity Implementation Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and maintaining project charter, detailing project plans, weekly status updates and providing problem resolution.
• Develop, test and maintain scripts to automate repetitive and complex data management tasks to improve efficiency.
• Partner with functional areas to help define key performance indicators(KPI)/key risk indicators(KRI) that align with business initiatives and define metrics to measure success against key organizational objectives.
• Ability to use any scripting language to extract, transform large volumes of data and pass it to multiple systems
• Understand business priorities, key initiatives, planned programs and aspirations and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure programs are in alignment.

• Experience with externally hosted solutions with a goal of programming multiple workflows based on business requirements.
• Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis processes
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Understand business priorities, key initiatives, planned programs and aspirations and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure programs are in alignment
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• 4+ years of experience with tool configuration/implementation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in financial institution.
• Experience with configuration of ProcessUnity is preferred
