Job Title: Product Design LeadLocation: Bridgewater, NJ, United States or REMOTE Essential Functions:- Liaison between PO & Scrum team; groom user stories and acceptance criteria consulting with team on user stories during development
- Understand and communicate features in form of user stories.
- Assist with the identification of dependencies between features and stories being developed
- Contribute to the delivery team by thoroughly researching, documenting and clearly articulating the proposed design or approach to the delivery team.
- Assists Product Owner in developing Feature value-based description, Feature acceptance, stories and story acceptance
- Develop artifacts outlining approach, defining business needs
- Working ahead on backlog items – research in preparation for future grooming meetings
- Obtains feedback/acceptance from stakeholders (internal and external)
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor Degree of Equivalent experience. Required Experience:8+ years’ experience within a Health plan, payer or related third party organizationExperience in the Healthcare technology industry and operational knowledgeExperience in managing aspects of feature designKnowledge of product backlog management process including prioritization, estimating, planning, risk and issue management.TriZetto Facets experience preferred – Membership, Billing, Medicare, Medicaid Behavioural Competencies:Understand and empathize with othersCoach people through powerful questions rather than use of authorityDemonstrate Servant Leader skillsExpert facilitation skillsCritical thinking skills to analyze a situation and organize and guide teams to solve problemsPossess strong ability to tackle complex problems creatively, manage risk and influence rapid decision-makingTeam player and works well in large group environments Technical Competencies:Business level knowledge of Membership, Billing, Medicare, Medicaid operation aspects of a health plan.
