Product Designer

Our client, one of the most prestigious Pet Insurance companies in the US, is looking to hire a talented full-time Product Designer. Their office is in Lakewood, NJ, however they are willing to hire on a fully remote and/or hybrid scenario (depending on your location) so long as you are based in EST.The company has Veterinarians in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada and has been around for 25+ years. They have been featured by Fortune, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., The Wall Street Journal, and many other magazines, newspapers, and trade publications worldwide.

• 3+ years of experience
• Design new features and current feature updates as needed
• Create user stories and documentation for new features and current feature updates, and provide accompanying design files
• Defines requirements for user stories in the backlog for upcoming sprints
• Answer questions from developers, clarify requirements, etc.
• Work with the Product Manager to understand features, and the priorities, required to deliver business value. Engage end-users, when appropriate, to understand their needs
• Monitor and analyze user analytics to understand how users are engaging with the program and where improvements can be made
• Reports to the Product Manager
