Production support Analyst

Job title: Production Support Analyst Location: Jersey city, NJ (Day 1 Onsite) Term: Long term Contract Job Description: Technical

• Strong SQL and DB skills, across multiple platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostGre
• Expert in ETL toolsets and concepts. SSIS, DataStage, etc.
• Data Federation techniques using , but not limited to toolsets such IBM Composite.
• Proven knowledge of atleast 2 Reporting Platforms, preferably Vermilllion, QlikView, QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects. (in that order)
• Strong scripting and debugging skills using Python, Perl, shell, linux, batch processing, Javascript.
• PLSQL, SSIS & SHELL Scripting
• working knowledge of Github, source code control.
• 5 years in fast-paced environment supporting applications
• Debugging skills for Java programs (Preferred)

• Experience supporting Client Services business of an Asset management firm.
• Demonstrated Knowledge of CRM application and work-flow
• Experience working, supporting Operations, Accounting, back-office, Compliance departments

• Providing plans, updates, future state to any level within the organization
• Build relationship within the Technology space and with Business to better support the applications
• Deep knowledge of Distribution within Client Services
• Provide support to Sales Desk, Regional managers, institutional business, Marketing
• Provide mentoring to offshore and onsite members within the team.
• Onboarding new applications into Lights-On portfolio. Demonstrated techniques of stabilizing current portfolio of applications
