Job Description Position Summary

: The TeleHealth Production Tech is responsible for assembly, testing, and packaging of products, The ideal candidate will have familiarity with assembly processes, and at a minimum a base level understanding of electronics and electronic components.

2I Organizational Relationship:This position reports directly to the VP of Integration (US), and is in direct partnership with the Production Manager. Both the VP of Integration (US) and the Production Manager will provide direction and support the TeleHealth Production Tech in terms of; Procedures and Guidelines, Escalation points, Career Development, and employee issues or concerns. The position will work directly with the Project Management, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics and other teams to deliver proper resolutions that continue to drive customer satisfaction.

3I Depth of Knowledge Required:The TeleHealth Production Tech should have experience working in a production / assembly environment.

4I Authority and Decision Making Capabilities:The TeleHealth Production Tech will have recommendation authority. This position will work within the established Production Teams to ensure client needs are met.

5I Leadership & Supervisory Role:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however may be asked to coach / mentor newer members of the team and provide feedback to the VP of Integration (US).

6I Internal & External Relationship Responsibilities:This position will work with the TeleHealth Production Team, as well as project managers, logistics and development teams, to plan and deliver product on schedule.

7I Key Technical Responsibilities:

7.1I Technical Job Responsibilities:· Participate in a production line, ensuring material, personnel, and documentation are all aligned to guarantee proper assembly, testing and shipment of systems.· Validation of equipment and materials to ensure conformity of product· Ensuring all production documentation is followed, maintained, and updated as needed.· Experience with production / assembly of electronics and electronic components.· Ability to perform cable dressing inside of racks or enclosures.· Ensuring the equipment systems are built, connected and tested to drawings and current production standards, which may meet or exceed industry standards.· Assist in the quality testing of equipment prior to dispatch to the field.· Ability to follow detailed instructions.· Ability to follow instructions / checklists in a digital format· Ability to work with others or independently, while maintaining a professional manner within a stressful and fast paced environment· Ability to work with all levels of management and employees· Ability to participate and work well in a team environment· · Experience in production of electrical devices· Use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project, as well as the ability to quickly learn new platforms and apps, including those that are mobile based.· Excellent problem-solving skills· Willingness to learn and progress.· Self-motivated with strong initiative · All other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels with clients
  • Ability to develop business relationships to accomplish organizational goals
  • Strong program management knowledge and experience, including group facilitation and team building skills
  • May require occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Requires extensive sitting, standing and walking
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
