Program ManagerSummary:A rapidly growing Insurtech company, serving the most challenging, catastrophe-exposed markets across the US, is seeking an experienced Program Manager in their Customer Experience division. They are seeking a go-getter and strategic thinker to help grow and scale their business. In partnership with the Senior Director of Program Operations, the Program Coordinator has the responsibility to drive the overall delivery of their insurance products. This key role is responsible for end-to-end orchestration for their product delivery and maintenance process which includes plan development, execution, communication, and monitoring.This role will have significant interaction across our organization including with their executive leadership. Given the broad reach of this role, the candidate will need to work in a highly collaborative fashion and have an exceptional ability to build relationships.Core ResponsibilitiesBuying Experience Coordination

  • Coordinate and maintain a roadmap for Buying Experience changes in coordination with multiple departments
  • Plan and coordinate projects (both strategic and tactical) designed to drive improvements for Software-Product interdependent features related to the Buying Experience
  • Participate in Software Betting Sessions for Buying Experience and represent product needs and planning inputs
  • Scope, plan and execute Buying Experience changes which are independent of the Company s Software organization
  • Manage the overall work intake, capacity management, and work forecast within the product team related to the Buying Experience
  • Ensure clarity on priorities, status, and schedule across the product team including Product Analysis, Product Engineering, and Product Quality related to Software-Product interdependent features related to the Buying Experience
  • Coordinate weekly planning for the Software-Product Buying Experience delivery portfolio
  • Develop and understanding of the Buying Experience Architecture across Software & Product
Communication and Change Management
  • Execute thorough internal communication related to Buying Experience changes
  • Identify potential impacts related to Buying Experience changes and execute cross-functional change management as necessary
Monitoring
  • Define and coordinate the delivery of reporting for the purpose of monitoring the Buying Experience
Process Improvement & Support
  • Assist the Software and Product teams in triaging production issues to the appropriate team for remediation
  • Identify delivery pain points across the product team and proactively address these within Program Operations
  • Develop and understanding of the Buying Experience architecture across Software & Product
Must-have Requirements
  • Project management / project coordination experience
  • Personal lines property insurance knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business items clearly and succinctly, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business-oriented stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply skills learned on the job in a rapid and effective manner
  • Solid problem-solving skills and able to reach logical, sound decisions and conclusions
  • Excellent ability to coordinate people
  • High energy with a sense of urgency
  • Experience working with Confluence & JIRA
  • Bachelor s degree
