The Program Manager will be responsible for driving and spearheading core activities of the Tech Transformation program that demonstrates value proposition, as part of the multi-year Technology Ecosystem Transformation program that will "transform the core" of TIAA technology from top-to-bottom in support of our Technology Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. This person will work with technology executives, senior experts, and a diverse set of business stakeholders to modernize and scale platform solutions successfully impacting our transformational journey within the TIAA organization. This Transformation Program Manager role requires deep knowledge in program management aspects and a good understanding of various business activities to work in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to focus on solutions and outcomes through expertise, influence, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare stakeholder-ready narratives describing all aspects of the program, their progress, program level risks, short and long-term impediments, mitigation plan, core deliverables of the program and business benefits provided for the enterprise.

Understand overall strategic perspective and identify relevant program level needs.

Develop executive level presentation materials depicting the strategy, plan, and execution roadmaps.

Understand the needs of various business product teams and deliverables from foundation teams to ensure we are collectively marching towards our transformation goals.

Create and track metrics to showcase progress, manage and run the reporting cadence with stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.

Build and foster relationships at all levels of leadership to effectively drive the work.

Be a change agent; drive business product teams to adapt changes.

Proactively communicate decisions and provide transparency to the program leadership and key stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic direction, needs and expected outcomes to confirm alignment with program goals.

At least 5 years experience in technology and working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment

At least 5 years of Program/Project Manager or Relationship Management experience

Experience leading projects and programs to on-time and on-schedule delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, SAFE/Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

Experience with Change management

Demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

Technical experience with various software programs, including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Visio, MS project or similar

Base Pay Range: $126,300/yr. - $210,600/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
