- Demonstrating expertise in a variety of the systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Developing and building robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.
- Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
- Reviewing and Governing business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
- Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science with minimum 10 years of IT experience
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience including collecting requirement, writing specifications, setting priorities and plans to meet business objectives.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Data warehousing and Business intelligence tools and technology with a focus on complex business intelligence and data analytics projects including independent problem solving, effective communication with peers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of Agile and DevOps method of delivering projects and maintaining product lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management skills with solid track record of technical delivery and operations.
- Experience of managing complex project of Data Analytics, building and maintaining core data assets and platforms, data engineering & architecture, data mirroring from enterprise real-time data enablement platforms, Analytics platform selection, deployment, and maintenance, advanced analytics capabilities & resources, and data governance policies, retention periods, compliance, etc.
- Critical Thinking: Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
- Demonstrated experience in complex project delivery around Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, information management or data warehousing related projects
- Strong understanding of data and analytics tools and technology including open sources
- Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Azure analytics stack including Synapses analytics and PowerBI
- Knowledge of Azure Marketplace tools including open sources for advance analytics
- Certification for Microsoft Azure data analytics is added advantage
- Knowledge/certification of data virtualization is added advantage
- Conceptually good on Data cloud, Data Bricks, No SQL streaming analytics
