- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across customer and customer’s client organizations as an accountable executive
- Demonstrated ability to understand the “larger picture” and program objectives. Develop “Go-Live” strategies in alignment with the program objectives
- Significant experience in managing activities and deliveries of multiple teams across business areas and provide strategic direction to the teams
- Ability to represent LTI and customer in forums including customer’s clients
- Experience in Capital markets
- High degree of self-confidence, executive presence, poise, maturity, and judgement
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization including creating, directing, participating, supporting, and/or coordinating virtual teams to achieve objectives
- Experience and good understanding of testing activities and processes
- Experience of working in an onshore offshore model
