Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant. This role is based in our office in Matawan, New Jersey, with a hybrid work arrangement, which includes both in-office and remote work. As a Project Assistant, you will primarily be organizing digital assets and providing essential support for various projects.Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of computer literacy to optimize work efficiency. Engage in research activities as necessary to support project requirements. Utilize Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, etc. to manage tasks and communicate effectively within the team. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within set timelines. Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing files and records. Handle volume of work independently, demonstrating the ability to learn on the fly. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Requirements Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage timelines effectively, ensuring project deadlines are met Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Organizational skills with a proven track record in organizing files and maintaining a systematic filing system Experience in scanning documents, ensuring all data is accurately digitized Familiarity with shipping functions, coordinating the delivery of documents or items as necessary Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced real estate environment An understanding of the real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement. Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative Able to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
