Project Manager

A financial services company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Project Manager for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

• Release planning, project planning, re-planning, and inter-projects deployment coordination
• Identifying and implementing change management practices
• Maintaining project objectives and set expectation for project teams
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Managing day-to-day project activities across multiple functional groups
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Identifying, reporting, and coordinating issues and risks remediation
• Managing project financial to ensure project spending is on target
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in the Financial and/or Technology industry
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree n Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project or Change Management or a relevant field.
• Experience in managing projects using SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
• Experience with Cloud migration implementation
• Knowledge of SDLC process and documentation across different SDLC phases
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Access)
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
• FX Trading, Settlement, or Processes experience
• Risk Management background
