Project Manager

Job Title: Project ArchitectJob DescriptionSeeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a variety of architectural projects. Responsibilities include traveling to job sites across NJ and NYC for on-site inspections, working closely with contractors to advance projects, designing and drafting architectural projects, and producing construction documents using AutoCAD. The role also involves managing Local Law 11 projects in NYC.Hard Skills

Ability to produce architectural drawings in AutoCAD

5+ years experience within Architecture

Experience on job sites in NYC/NJ - must be able to travel to NYC and around NJ

Manage architectural projects from inception through completion

Work EnvironmentThe firm operates from two office locations in NJ and NYC, employing a total of 11 staff members. The work environment involves a mix of on-site and office work, with a typical schedule of three days on-site and two days in the office.
