Job Title: Project ManagerOur client is a leading retail and commercial general contractor out of northern NJ who is actively looking to add a mid-level project manager to their team to support their retail/mall-based projects. Plan, Communicate, and Manage

Attend meetings with clients and contractors

Review and familiarize yourself with the project budget and general conditions estimate

Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications

Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager, Clients, and Contractors

Conduct quality and safety inspections

Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Project: High-end retail fit-outs in mallsHard Skills

Client Bid forms

5-10 years experience in retail fit-outs

Comfortable with estimating and performing complete takeoffs

Can accomplish tasks with little to no assistance from managers
