Description We are searching for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Wall, New Jersey. This role primarily involves overseeing the implementation of Sage/Intacct in our business operations. The successful candidate will provide project oversight to our system integrator and offer guidance to our existing staff in the ERP industry. This role offers a part-time contract employment opportunity. Prior Sage implementation experience is required. This role must have strong knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.Responsibilities: Manage the implementation of Sage/Intacct, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into existing systems Utilize your Sage expertise to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional setup in Sage. Guide and train less experienced staff in the usage and functionalities of Sage. Assist with the functional setup of Sage, including automated bank reconciliations, pay/bill functions, and inter-company account setup. Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure project progress is effectively communicated. Ensure a seamless transition from the current ERP system, QB’s, to Sage. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure the successful implementation of Sage. Regularly monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success. Work on-site in a hybrid schedule in Wall, New Jersey.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related field Strong knowledge and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Proficiency in using Sage Intacct software Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team and foster team cooperation Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate under strict deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
