Project Manager

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to work with the development team out of their Hooksett, NH headquarters. Tidemark is part of a vertically integrated organization that designs, builds, owns & manages across a variety of commercial real estate, including industrial, multifamily, office, and mixed use.As a Project Manager on the development team, you will navigate your assigned projects through due diligence, municipal approvals, architectural and interior design, construction & FF&E purchasing. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and diverse in-house team of architects, engineers, interior designers, purchasers, management, and development professionals.You will work closely with the partners and function as the owner’s agent to ensure the project runs smoothly by making intelligent & holistic decisions related to scheduling, design, FF&E and municipal relations.
