Project manager - Industrial building

We are adding an expansion on an existing 14,000 Sq. Ft building with a addition of 11,000 Sq. Ft Industrial building. We are looking for a Project manager.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction project.

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Project manager to collaborate with architect, engineer and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure on-time and within-budget completion

Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations

Conduct regular site visits to track progress and address issues promptly

Manage procurement of materials and equipment

Provide regular status updates

Handle project closeout procedures, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation

Combination of office (remote) and on-site work
