Direct Hire Fulltime with Client Location: Jersey City, NJ -

• 8-12+ years experience in Business analysis/agile project management, program management, technology development, operations, or other related experience
• Superior organization skills, good judgement and decision making, ability to adapt to changing priorities, problem solving, process driven and analytical thinking
• Ability to influence and hold others accountable to drive project decisions and delivery
• Experience in cost/benefit analysis and prioritization
• Coaching skills to help other project managers, scrum masters and other key team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas and articulate in very clear messages to enhance discussions with all stakeholders, ability to effectively communicate to different types of stakeholders
• Bachelor s degree in relevant field, Master s degree preferred
