Project Manager or Scrum Master

Scrum Master roleExperience in leading cross functional project teams for large-scale complex projects.Experience in delivering customer solutions, writing user stories, planning sprints, defining MVP, coordinating user acceptance testing, identifying and overcoming risks.Responsible for managing large cross-functional teams and large-size programs of all levels of complexity, planning and directing program activities to ensure the timely development and delivery of reliable and efficient systems-related solutions to business requirements, while managing to scheduled deadlines. Coordinate and direct multiple cross-functional teams to execute and deliver system projects on time. Must take into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups with changing stakeholder demands, requirements and intersections.Ensure projects follow our Agile mindset and framework, leverage Jira for Agile project management, coordinate capacity planning, perform grooming sessions, release planning, daily touch point calls, and periodic retrospectives.Preferred:Project Management certification.
