AECOM’s Sydney Highways team is delivering some of the most significant transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ANZ. With a strong and growing pipeline of motorway, road and highway projects, we’re looking to connect with experienced Project Managers and Design Managers operating at Technical Director level who thrive in complex infrastructure environments and enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.How you’ll make a difference Lead and manage major highways and transport infrastructure projects from planning and tender phases through to delivery and project completionDrive design management and project delivery across complex road, motorway and civil infrastructure projectsProvide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring technical excellence and strong delivery outcomesAct as a trusted advisor to clients while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the industryOversee project performance across programme, commercial, risk, safety and quality outcomesLead project governance, delivery strategy and coordination across internal and external teamsSupport business development, work winning and strategic growth opportunities across the Sydney Highways businessMentor and develop emerging leaders and technical professionals across the team
