Job DescriptionA large automotive company is looking to hire a Project manager/coordinator to join a team of 28 people within their Customer Application Team. This person will spend 60% of their time running projects and 40% of their time coordinating (creating dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, tracking project budgets etc) This person will manage 2 major application development projects- one focusing on enhancements to an existing application and another being the implementation/go live of a new application. In addition they will help coordinate and create status reports on the teams agile projects ran by the teams ATC/scrum masters to provide to leadership for visibility. They will identify obstacles and implement process improvement plans ensuring the project is on track and help guide the team to a successful completion. They will push teams to hit deliverables and stay on target and document the current and future state of project timelines. In addition they will effectively communicate to all parties any updates to ensure all parties are kept up to date of the state of the program.Compensation: $55hr to $65hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
