Role: Project coordinator/Project ManagerLocation: New Jersey, PennsylvaniaDuration: ContractNeed experience with Property and Casualty or Insurance BackgroundJob Summary:Under direct supervision from the PPM Resource Manager or a Project Manager, assists in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project artifacts, plans and facilitating project meetings.Essential Job Functions:• Creates reports on project performance including schedule, budget and quality • Assists in preparation and maintenance of project artifacts and plans.• Assists with arranging meetings, developing agendas, producing meeting minutes, and preparing progress reports.• Responsible for project documentation such as issue/action item logs, risk logs, project meeting agendas, and project meeting minutes.• Prepares and/or edits meeting minutes, presentations and other artifacts• Coordinates with PPM Management on documentation for bi-weekly and monthly deliverables.• Communicates to internal and external clients.• Manages the tracking and reporting of enhancement efforts• May also support data gathering activities, such as surveys/questionnaires, work sampling, financial modeling, etc. to provide the PPM Group with appropriate quantitative and qualitative project data.• Analyzes data including work effort, time-lines, technical functions, benefits and risks.• Prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.• Performs special duties as may be assigned.CORE COMPETENCIES • Ability to successfully support multiple technical projects concurrently• Demonstrates a personal drive for results and sense of urgency to complete day-to-day work.• Establishes and builds strong working partnerships with associates and external business departments• Proven ability to be responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.• Demonstrates strong organization and planning techniques• Able to craft clear, concise messaging to all organizational levels.• Knowledge of formal methodologies for planning and executing projects, enhancements, or support.• Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associates with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting business requirements for functional as well as non-functional requirements.• Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for design and development of paper-based and online technical reference documentation, guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications, etc.• Exercises sound judgment, making informed, successful decisions from a set of complex options.• Experience with Microsoft Project (2016 or higher).• Experience with Microsoft Project Server desired.MAJOR QUALIFICATIONS:Degree / Licenses and Professional Certifications• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, related field or equivalent proven project management experience and success.• Active Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM-PMI) certification is desiredExperience• 2+ years of project coordinator experience supporting IT projects of varying sizes, complexities and durations• Experience working in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance or financial services companies strongly preferred.• Experience supporting projects in both Agile/Iterative and Waterfall development environments, with more emphasis on Agile/IteRegardsHarsh Kumar MishraRecruiter | Radiansys Inc.39510|Paseo Padre Pkwy|Suite-110| Fremont, CA|94538Direct: +1 or (ext 1004)Email -
