Project/Change Management Coordinator

We're looking for a Project/Change Management Coordinator to:Track and co-ordinate the end-to-end Change Management Process across all Change typesReport against the Change Process; understanding where each Change is against the associated workflows with up-to-date process commentaryEscalate changes to the relevant governance board or stakeholder when the change is approaching its SLA/KPI dateInterface with Business Stakeholders to understand and participate in the change triage process of Project / Program Changes across the Construction lifecycle
