Description We are looking to add a Property Administrator to our team based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. As part of the Housing Association industry, this role involves a high level of customer interaction and administrative duties. The Property Administrator will be instrumental in managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with property managers. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls from residents and address their inquiries Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all residents Enter and manage work orders in the system with precision Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests with property managers Ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions Utilize CRM and Accounting Software Systems to process customer applications Monitor and manage customer accounts, initiating appropriate action when necessary Handle all communications in both English and Spanish, catering to our diverse resident base Uphold the business casual dress code and adhere to the established schedule Utilize parking facilities responsibly, ensuring availability for all staff and visitors. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in managing work orders, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion. Proven experience in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and accurate information. Ability to handle inquiries, adept at providing prompt responses and solutions. Familiarity with the housing association industry, understanding key principles and practices. Excellent administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant computer applications. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with an ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
