This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail / shopping centre property portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholdersOversee tenancy matters, including lease compliance and vacancy managementSupport the delivery of asset strategies and lifecycle planningCollaborate with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to drive resultsContribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives across assetsPrepare and manage budgets, reporting, and financial performanceEnsure timely rent collection and financial accuracy
