DescriptionReports to the Director of One Stop Enrollment & Recruitment. Serves as initial intake associate responsible for providing students and inquiries with appropriate information to successful enrollment into college programs.Examples of Duties

Process admission applications and all student documents including high school transcripts, college transcripts, and chargeback requests

Serves potential and current students with the enrollment process by providing text messaging, email, and phone support

Supports operations utilizing various online solutions such as customer relations management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Provides student support for online accounts (i.e. Self Service, Buccaneer Email, Blackboard, etc)

Assists students in scheduling virtual academic advising appointments if requested.

Ensure that placement scores, SAT/ACT or multiple measure scores are submitted and recorded

Responds to requests and refers students to institutional resources

Provides support in scanning and linking of all incoming student records

Assists with arrangements for outreaching and Recruitment to attend internal/external events

Assists with the preparation, setup, and coordination of events

Performs general office duties

Provides support as needed with logging unofficial transcript

Performs related duties as assigned.

Typical QualificationsEducation:

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s Degree Preferred

Experience:

2 years of customer service experience Competencies and Skills:

Superb customer service skills

Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Excellent ability to communicate written and oral form

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Supplemental InformationThis position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.Paid sick leave in accordance with NJ Sick Leave LawDefined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP) (https://www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions/pension-active-dcrp.shtml) Eligible part-time employees will be enrolled into the DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Plan) pension (https://www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions/pension-active-dcrp.shtml) . Employees contribute 5% of their base salary and the college contributes 3% of base salary. Investment options are managed through Prudential Retirement.
