  • We are building a new strategic data platform for NFRR (Non-Finance Regulatory Reporting). This is a new initiative focused on ADS enrichment, Orchestration, Data quality monitoring and regulatory reporting
  • We work in a dynamic environment where team members are flexible, self-sufficient; learn the business, the data and the technology stack with minimal supervision and lead the push for horizontally scalable, high performance applications.
We need a top-tier onsite senior QA Automation Engineer in global technology reporting into Quality Assurance manager. This person will be part of the overall Quality Assurance and test automation team which includes the delivery and execution of QA strategy. Candidate should be capable of leading the build out of end to end test automation framework in partnership with application development within an agile team setting. Individual contributor.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the E2E workflow for regulatory requirements to support onboarding of reports
  • Analyze and document architecture for the test automation workflow and design to support agile sprints and releases
  • Build scalable test automation software fabric with integrated Test Data management to for key API services with client facing UI components and workflow automation.
  • Work closely with QA team to automate various types of testing like user story, regression, smoke, sanity, performance test including mock-up data management for data services and UI testing
  • Support, debug and troubleshoot automation errors/failures on day to day basis
  • Continuously improve test automation framework capabilities, clarifies the architecture and test design to support implementation and provide solutions.
  • Works directly with the QA manager and cross functional teams across globe for enhancing automation and performance improvement
  • Work closely with implementation team for CI/CD shift left to test sprints and releases
  • Independently deliver test automation stories and milestones
  • Design and execute automated test scripts. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing.

We are looking for candidates with:
  • 7-10yrs years of excellent automation skills utilizing test automation framework such as Selenium (WebDriver), UFT/QTP, Cucumber, TestNG, LoadRunner, Litmus
  • Strong experience in developing test automation using python development environment
  • Proven experience working Relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in testing API, REACT angular applications, micro services, and messaging solutions
  • Experience with Build and Deploy, Code Coverage and log Monitoring tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git, Junit etc
  • Strong experience in working with various Sprint frameworks in agile methodology
  • Basic Unix and Shell scripting
  • Self-driven and a proactive approach to problem solving with innovative thinking
  • Good Experienced in testing methodology, verification, and validation techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Eager to learn new technologies to provide up to date solutions
  • Experience in financial industry, Kafka messaging, Zeppelin are Plus
