Role: Test Automation Lead

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Remote till June)

Duration: 12+ Months

Mandatory:

We are looking for strong test automation hands-on Lead candidates with very strong communications skills.
Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman and/or comparable test automation toolsets
Proven experience defining test automation frameworks, selecting appropriate testing tools, and defining test strategy
Proven ability to drive test strategy for a greenfield enterprise platform, leading testing efforts across the development teams

Requirements:

Must have 4 years of hands on lead experience with very strong in Test Automation tools.
12+ years of total Quality Assurance experience with special focus on Test Automation
8+ years of experience in developing Test Automation Scripts
Experience with popular automation tools, libraries and frameworks, such as Selenium Webdriver, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, Allure, Report Portal, Appium, Ready API, Swagger , Squish, UFT, Saucelabs
Advanced experience reading/writing one or more languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, Java, TypeScript
Expertise in developing Test Frameworks that minimize maintenance and leverage industry best practices for defining and mocking data requirements
Experience in driving unit test standards with the developers and necessary non-functional requirements within the team
Experience with automated API contract testing
Expertise with data driven, keyword driven, script-less, hybrid, and behavior-driven automation frameworks
Expertise in creating UI test frameworks using Page Object Model.
Experience in creating CI pipelines using Jenkins, AWS
Implementing integrations, continuous testing/integrations
Hands-on experience specifying, establishing and managing test environments and test data for load and functional test automation
Hands on service (APIs) & UI Testing
Trouble shooting skill for analyzing problem tickets / production issues
Experience in GIT, JIRA
Good Communication skills
