The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in testing cutting edge technology applications.Technical Skills:· Experiences in Large Testing Engagements - in driving / working with clients in Test Maturity Transformation journey, including transition from incumbent· Managing the delivery - end to end for respective programs· Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods· Improving Team capability on multiple aspects of Domain, Application and Test Management· Working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage· Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principlesProcess Skills:· Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects· Decide on suitable strategies and objectives· Coordinate cross-project activities· Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff· Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities· Apply change, risk and resource management· Assume responsibility for the programs people and vendors· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI· Resolve projects higher scope issuesBehavioral Skills :· Resolve issues of projects and Explore alternate designs· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction· Excellent problem-solving ability· Outstanding leadership and organizational skills·Qualification:· Somebody who has at least 15+ years of work experience in testing and project management.· Project Management certification will be an added advantage.· Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
