  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases on Dev Ops within the assigned work stream.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across functional areas.
  • Responsible for the creation of testing artifacts including but not limited to test cases, test scripts, test conditions, and expected test results
  • Responsible for mapping of test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
  • Lead the resolution of testing roadblocks and issues.
  • Coordinate with teammates, other internal IT teams and UAT to resolve issues and system defects.
  • Attending daily meetings and providing detailed analysis when requested.
  • Log, manage, and retest bugs. Maintain accurate statuses on Dev Ops.
  • Provide Off-hour support and collaborate with application management team, as necessary.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline relevant to functional area.
  • Possesses a minimum of 8+ years of QA experience.
  • Master’s degree in computer science is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with defined resources while remaining focused in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment; collaborate & share knowledge and best practices with other team members.
  • Strong knowledge in SQL, experience running Queries and black box testing.
  • Knowledge in concepts of databases.
  • Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
