Quality Control Trainee (Entry-Level)

A leading commercial printing and manufacturing company in Hillside is seeking a sharp, energetic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate to be trained in an entry-level Quality Control role.

We’re Looking For:

A young, curious, and hands-on learner

Someone great with math, measurements, and machinery

Strong oral and written communication skills

Interest in understanding tolerances, weights, liquids, and precision tools

Reliable, focused, and ready to grow with the company

What You’ll Do:

Get trained in quality control procedures.

Learn how to operate, measure, and troubleshoot machinery.

Understand product standards, tolerances, and specifications.

Work closely with supervisors to conduct inspections and implement process improvements.

This is a full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing environment.
