We are a local real estate investment team buying houses from distressed owners in [New Jersey]. We provide the leads + script + dialer. Your job is simple: call homeowners, qualify interest, and set appointments.

Pay: $25 per appointment made + $500 bonus for every deal closed from your calls. Flexible hours (10–20 per week). Perfect for side income or students who want to learn real estate investing.

No experience needed — we train. Must be coachable, energetic, and not afraid of the phone.
