As a Call Center Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and prospective members. Your primary responsibility will be to manage HIGH VOLUME incoming calls, provide accurate information, and ensure that requests are handled promptly and professionally. Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate team members or tenants within the office space. Maintain detailed call records and update databases as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendar entries. Respond to voicemail messages and follow up on missed calls in a timely fashion. Always maintain confidentiality and data security

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or office experience is a plus

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone manner

Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, scheduling platforms)

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
