Title: QA Lead/Engineer (Release Train Quality Engineer) Location: Parsippany, NJ Duration: Long-term contract Job Description: The Quality Assurance Lead, acting in the role of Release Train Quality Engineer (RTQE), will be part of the Agile Release Train (ART) System Team, which is a specialized Agile Team that assists in building and supporting the Agile development environment, typically including development and maintenance of the toolchain that supports the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. The System Team may also support the integration of assets from Agile teams, perform end-to-end Solution testing where necessary, and assists with deployment and Release on Demand. The RTQE works with delivery teams within the ART to ensure that quality is built-in to all activities and creates a fast, flow-based system to quickly develop and release high-quality business capabilities. They work across delivery teams to plan and coordinate the execution of end-to-end solution testing, and ensures that the implemented quality approach follows best practices for agile teams and ARTs.
