Location: New Brunswick,NJ(Remote till covid)Project Start Date: ImmediatelyDuration: 10+MonthsExperience: 10+ Years Job Description: Candidate should have worked in at-least 3 Taleo Implementation, Development or Support project.Experience with requirement analysis, design implementation, testing, and deployment of complete cloud recruitment solutionExperience in TALEO configuration (Vacancies, Vacancies templates, Vacancies Selection lists, Career Sections, Candidates, Offers templates, Approval workflows, Onboarding, Functional and Hierarchal roles, SmartOrg Administration, Notifications, and message templates.)experience in TALEO Oracle Business IntelligenceWorking knowledge on applications configurations, new functional changes, Recruiting & Onboarding deployments, Integrations and Custom Reports developmentsData Migration from Taleo RecruitHas client facing experience.Worked through of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and maintenance for at least one project.Good verbal and written communication skills.Maintains good relationship with customer Business users.Result oriented and can work independently.
