• Facilitates program level processes and execution, drives continuous development, manages risks and escalates impediments
• Full time chief scrum master for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ensures collaboration and dependency management within and between ARTs
• Monitors, manages and escalates impediments and risks across the ART
• Establishes the release schedule working with Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
• Facilitates the creation of the product and release backlogs by overseeing requirements analysis and ensuring each user story in the backlog is well written
