  • Responsible for getting new clients/ leads/ requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Expanding business through new account development tasks with a specialized focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding the requirement and clients need and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  • Analyze requirements from clients, assign and closely work with delivery teams.
  • Should have good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process with proven sales experience in US IT consulting industry.
  • Should have experience in rate negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
  • Develop a business plan, and sales strategy for growing revenue within accounts
  • Experience working in staffing domain
  • Handling IT clients & meeting hiring managers frequently in requirements gathering
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure all engagements are delivered
  • Responsible for client relations and revenue growth
